It is said (in Marathi) that "vyakti tevdya prakriti". Different people have different opinions and difference of opinions. What is wrong in one's opinion might not be wrong in the opinion of others. Your question is based on the sentiments. But, the days have come now to look at the problem through the glasses of public interest, hygiene, development etc.
Let us leave this to decide by Municipal Corporation. However, throwing any waste in the sea is believed to be against public interest.

I am highly diabetic and now i have realised that my bones are also paining. what should i do
My job has become a little shaky and I do not want to leave this job

1. for the treatment of diabetes, you should be courageous and optimistic. Take some Aayurvedic treatment side by side with the alopathic. If you are in Mumbai I shall be able to send you some herbal mix that may help you control the disease.
2. If you have enough money, then give up the job and plan your future life based on the other source of income if any. Please do not get in dual mind on this issue and do not live in tensions. Try to be happy always. If it is necessary to continue the job then ignore the body pains/ take medicines and do your duty with smile.
3. Surely there is a prayer of Guru which every one can recite irrespective of religion.
