what is the criterion of deciding the life span of a person as some people dies in a very short span without performing their duties of the life e.g they simply give birth to children & dies without performing the duties i.e without growing their children when kids needs their support

One gets life span according to his past Karmas, say Hindu scriptures.
As far as the remaining duties of the people who die, their responsibilities end with their deaths.
After all, the etnernal knowledge teaches us that no creature has any duty
including human being. Duty is a mental conception based on individual
education, knowledge and experience.

I am not aware of any such name of God. However, in India there are
many languages and Gods have different names in local languages too.
Even in absense of the image you can chant any name of God for the
favour from Lord Krishna.
