Namaskar.
Mantra is often used in meditation. Use of meditation is to make your
mind steady so that it could concentrate on the single object.
If you can write to me as to why do you want to meditate, I shall be able to guide you how it will be better for you. Individually the recommendations of the Guru are different.

i wish to ask is different to the selection given by you in your site. it is followed as under:- why people go for a feast in terahvi or other sacraments after funeral is performed? it happens almost in all religion. why it is so? when the whole world is going to be finished?

(1) Some expert told me that that "Prana" life is the "air" containing
ten different gases (air) like Prana, Apana, Vyan, Udaan etc.
After death it takes 10 days to disintegrate (separate) these ten kind
of airs. Eleven day and the twelth. are meant for the prayers to God
for the peace of soul and purification of the relatives. The thirteenth day
Terhavi food and program (rituals) associated with it are for the people
to know that the family is purified.
This is Hindu concept. I do not know about other religions.
(2) The whole world is finished when your mind becomes defunct.

I believe that, "we don't have any control over anything in the world. Everything will happen according to god's will and wish." But human being should do his duty(karthavy) and should not bother about the results(karmanyevaadhikarasthe maa phaleshu kadachana). But, to do the duty or any work, whethet god should invoke us to do the work or we ourselves should make our mind to work . If God should invoke us, then what should we do ?. If we ourselves should invoke ourselves to do the work, who will invoke us inside us ?
